Jennifer D. Bishop

Jennifer D. Bishop, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is the daughter of Mr. Lee A. McCord and the late Sergeant Randa G. McCord, of the Atlanta Police Department. As the wife of Pastor Aaron R. E. Bishop, Senior Pastor of Grace Christian Church, Pastor and Lady Bishop assumed leadership of Grace on June 10, 2007 with a purpose to support the revitalization of the spiritual warfare to reclaim our communities, our families and our children.
With a passion for education, Lady Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in History (1998) and a Master of Public Policy and Administration (2000) from Savannah State University and is currently completing her final requirements for a Doctorial Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and other service organizations that are dedicated to the betterment of the lives of our society, Lady Jennifer is steadfast in her commitment to actively participate in the spiritual, physical and mental improvement of the lives of women and the families they are a part of.
As the First Lady of Grace, Lady Jennifer is looking forward to fulfilling her passion to mentor and minister to women who may find themselves in an emotionally and spiritually broken state and are seeking to find who they are and whose they are. Her personal life statement tells it all, “In life, the enemy seeks to discourage us but our Lord God encourages us to be courageous. Throughout this life, my courage has made me a conqueror and because of that I am complete in HIM.” Pastor Aaron and Lady Jennifer have been happily married since June of 2000 and are the proud parents of Master Peyton I. Bishop.
