Pastor Aaron R.E. Bishop
Senior Pastor of Grace Christian Church

Aaron R. E. Bishop, a native of Columbia, South Carolina, was born the youngest child to Rev. Dr. Azalee C. Bishop and the late Bishop Robert L. Bishop. Educated in the public schools of Richland County, South Carolina, he graduated from Keenan High School (1993) and graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Education (1997). Currently, Pastor Aaron completing his Master of Business Administration at Webster University as well as working towards a Master of Divinity from Grace Divinity College of Biblical Studies.
Involved in the Columbia community at many levels, Pastor Bishop is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated and Prince Hall Masonic Order. He has and continues to serve on numerous boards and committees within the community.
Pastor Aaron assumed the Senior Pastor position at Grace Christian Church on June 10, 2007. He is leading his flock at Grace to continue to be a light in the Eau Clair and surrounding communities. His vision for Grace is for it to be a Christ-centered church utilizing the spiritual gifts of the congregation and becoming an even more active partner in the local, national and global communities. He is encouraging the congregation to place special emphasis on developing quality programs that will nurture our youth, while effectively and efficiently carrying out the mission of Grace through quality ministries.
Pastor Bishop has been happily married to his wife Jennifer D. Bishop of Atlanta, GA, since June of 2000 and is the proud father of Master Peyton I. Bishop.
